Today we are a 16 bed shelter. We are staffed 24 hours 7 days a week by a staff of 16 fulltime employees. We offer a 24-hour emergency crisis line, safety planning, safe shelter and a variety of services to women and their children. To date Three Oaks Foundation has provided shelter and service to 36,731 women and their children. The main shelter is located in Belleville, Ontario. We also have Outreach Offices in Quinte West and Central Hastings. Staff provides service to women in the surrounding area. Three Oaks Foundation is funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services. We also receive generous donations and support from our local community, for which we are truly grateful. The Three Oaks Foundation is a member of the Ontario Association of Interval and Transition Houses and as such, we accept the Statement of Principles developed by OAITH. |

In 1983 Three Oaks Foundation was founded by a small group of dedicated and caring individuals. During the first year of operation Three Oaks provided safe shelter and services to 260 abused women and their children.
